3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on information provided and may be adjusted after on-site assessment
Final pricing is determined by the volume and type of items to be removed
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about items to be removed
Ensure safe access to the items and property
Identify any hazardous materials before service begins
Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for removal

5. Limitation of Liability

Clutter Box Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions, improper access, or items that were not disclosed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We carry general liability insurance for your protection.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
Rescheduling is available at no additional charge with advance notice
No-show fees may apply if our team arrives and cannot access the property

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
